What you share

We collect your name, work email, role, company name, what you sell and your typical deal size, and your ideal customer and buying signals. Your company website and best current customers are optional. Please avoid sharing confidential customer information, passwords, or sensitive personal details.

How we use your details

We use your answers to manage your waitlist signup, understand your offering, and prepare a research and enrichment pipeline matched to your company, product and ideal customer. Customer examples help identify similar accounts. Joining the waitlist does not start daily lead delivery.

Saved progress and access

When you press Continue, the answers for that step are saved, even if you do not finish the wizard. We keep updating the same signup. Your browser stores a private resume credential so you can return to your answers. A reminder link contains that credential after the # in the link, not in the part sent to our website. Keep this link private: anyone with it can access your saved signup.

Authorized administrators can see complete and unfinished signups and the answers saved so far. Removing browser storage does not delete your saved signup.

Emails you can expect

We request a welcome email as soon as all required details are saved. If you close an unfinished wizard, we request an email listing the required details still missing and a private link to continue. We also attempt this when you leave the page, but a browser closing abruptly or losing connection can prevent that request. We do not use a 30-minute waiting period.

These emails come from notify.twelvebynine.com. Email delivery is handled by Lovable, including retries, suppression and unsubscribe handling. Unsubscribing stops our app emails to your address; it does not delete your signup.

Services and technical information

Lovable Cloud stores the signup records and supports administrator sign-in. Lovable handles app email delivery. Website hosting and email services may process technical information such as request logs and delivery outcomes to operate, secure and troubleshoot the service. Your browser also stores information needed to resume onboarding and, for administrators, sign in.

Keeping and updating information

There is no automatic signup deletion schedule currently configured. Saved details remain until they are removed. You can return through your private resume link to review and update your answers. Depending on your location, you may have rights to request access, correction or deletion of your information.

Privacy questions

Our planned support address is hello@twelvebynine.com. The receiving inbox is not open yet, so do not send private information there until our contact page confirms it is available. No support response deadline is currently promised.
